Looking to work with me one-on-one? I offer services as a Behavior Support Coach for families with young children 5 years and younger. You can learn more about my one-on-one services here: dahliamama.com/work-with-me

Monthly Sacred Space Workshops for Expectant Mamas
Monthly Sacred Space workshops are held specifically for expectant mamas.
These workshops include movement, sensation, connection, and reflection along your pregnancy journey.  Gentle yoga asana, pregnancy and birth affirmations, reflective journaling, and mindfulness practices are woven throughout our time together. A resource list and practical postpartum planning guide are provided as well to support you in transitioning into your new life ahead.
These are held on the second Sunday afternoon of each month at The Meadow Connect in Placerville.  Register at dahliamama.com/womb

Parenthood Prep for Expectant Couples
Looking for a way to prepare your relationship for big changes?  I offer a Becoming Us Transition into Parenthood evening series for couples held at The Wild Pea boutique shop in downtown Placerville. We review realistic expectations of parenthood, and healthy coping strategies for the many transitions ahead.  Positive communication as a couple as well as planning for the first weeks and months with baby and creating your network of support is discussed as well. Register here:  dahliamama.com/couples

A Bit About Me
I have trained with Sierra Childbirth Institute with the lovely Janine Maitri, through Cornerstone Doula Trainings with Juli Tilsner, as well as with Kerry Ingram of Mothering Arts, and Elly Taylor of Becoming Us.  Additionally, as your yoga guide, I hold a 200 hour yoga teacher training via Heart & Bones Yoga and have trained at a Registered Prenatal Yoga School with Hannah Muse to support expectant and postpartum mamas in movement.    I hold my Masters degree in Psychology and have an extensive background in working with families and young children in an intimate capacity.

I established Dahlia Mama in 2018 after raising my own sweet ones and have been supporting families in a group setting since this time.  Bringing mamas together and holding space for all of one’s experiences in a loving and compassionate way allows me to support mamas during this transformation.  We need to know we are not alone along this mighty journey!
