Rebecca Raas, Certified Postpartum Doula, M.A.

Dahlia Mama Perinatal Wellness
Postpartum Support

As a lover of community, togetherness, mamas, and sweet babes, I facilitate Mindful Mamas Circles & Mama Strong community gatherings in El Dorado County.  These gatherings are a place and space to share, be vulnerable, support and empower one another on your motherhood journey when you are expecting a sweet one and when your baby is here!  I have trained with Sierra Childbirth Institute with the lovely Janine Maitri, through Cornerstone Doula Trainings with Juli Tilsner, as well as with Kerry Ingram of Mothering Arts, and Elly Taylor of Becoming Us.  I hold my Masters degree in Psychology and have an extensive background in working with families in an intimate capacity.

I established Dahlia Mama Perinatal Wellness in 2018 after raising my own sweet ones and have been supporting families in a group setting since this time.  Mindful Mamas Circles (for mamas with babes 8 months and newer) and Mama Strong gatherings (for second and third trimester expectant mamas) are my passion as I feel as though sharing the transformative experience of motherhood in a group setting is key to growth and well-being in the journey of pregnancy and into the 4th trimester (or the first year or so after birth).

Please consider joining a local gathering!  DahliaMama.com to register for these community offerings.  I will offer intensive 1:1 postpartum doula support when my schedule allows me to properly serve the right family!
All my best and congratulations on your journey!
