Lesley Rosas, Birth Doula

As a mother of twelve birth children, I have experienced birth in many settings. These experiences have developed in me an intimate knowledge of the spiritual energy that flows during a woman's birth experience and how she can direct that energy to better her birth. I am sensitive to the fact that every woman possesses a divine super power given to her to bring forth life. I enjoy teaching other women how to embrace that power and welcome its force.

Birth is a natural process and a gift. Every woman's birth experience is her own to create. As your doula, my job is to assist you in creating and orchestrating your way of birth. Whether a woman is her own soul or united with a partner in life, my job is to assist her in the uniting of the new family unit. I consider myself a honorary guest to her birth.

I am currently enrolled in the Birth Arts Certification Program and am a Wellness Advocate for doTerra essential oils. I am a Lactation Specialist by sheer experience.

My services and fees:
I offer free initial consultations. As your doula I will meet with you twice prior to your birth to discuss your goals, relaxation techniques, proper nutrition, breastfeeding, draft a birth plan, and answer any questions you might have. I will make myself available to you during those two weeks and can be contacted by text message, phone, or email to answer any questions you have. If you desire, I will come to your home when labor begins and help you decide when to transfer to the birth setting of your choice. I will remain with you throughout your birth experience as your labor support, partner support, and advocate for your birth plan. I am available up to two hours after your birth to provide continued support, help with feeding, comfort, and whatever else you may need at that time.

I will be available in the week after you return home to answer any questions 24 hours a day and to visit you in your home if requested. I will also have the ability to provide you with labor and postpartum essential oils therapy.

My goal is to unite with you to see you through the best possible birth and babymoon. My fee is $700.
